I woke up this morning at about 4:14.  It took just a few minutes to realize that the reason I felt so unsettled was because I'd been having some sort of nightmare.  I don't recall the details...but I woke up scared and confused.  Contentment returned quickly when I looked at the clock and realized I could curl up again and get some good zzz's before the alarm would sound.  Mmmm...windows open and fresh air kissing the leg that was atop the covers...birds singing...and a slight adjustment led to a cool pillowcase under my head.

 

Contentment left abrupty when the alarm sounded a bit over an hour later!  Time to get up and head to the gym.  Whew.  Groggy...coffee...peek at email...eyes too bleary to read...ok fine...get dressed for impending workout.  It was a TOUGH one this morning.  This wasn't because the weights or the reps were high...just a day when my body wasn't really feeling up to it all.  Ahhh well.  I had to push and moan and groan through every single step of the way.  I'M SO GLAD THIS IS UNUSUAL FOR ME!  Oh well...I can't always appreciate the burn I suppose.  I'm off until Thursday and hope that a day of rest will renew the whining muscle fibers.

 

Everything else is really well with me.  It's been another beautiful day...enjoyed with a new friend...tomorrow is another day to be enjoyed with a friend. 

 

Connections...convo...fun fun fun!  What else could I possibly need?  Well...other than good hands and some icy hot :).
