Of course, I must begin here with the appropriate albeit trite...beauty is most certainly in the eye of the beholder. We all have certain tastes...variety in size, shape, softness, firmness, texture, symmetry, asymmetry....the list goes on and on. So too, a great deal of beauty is based in the heart. A good spirit...a great heart...an open energy is vastly more appealing than the mere shells in which we reside.
For myself, variety in and of itself is key. I do have a certain weakness for tight hamstrings though : ).
I am blessed with a great metabolism. I can enjoy my favorite flourless chocolate cake (aka MOUTH ORGASM!!) and not fear putting on too much padding. I work out... but for the pleasure of it more than because of body obsession. What I am finding these days though is that I FEEL amazing...inside and out...and that this translates beyond my slim(ish) frame and the shape of my fill in the blank. This confidence, sensuality, and energy translates to how I am perceived.
The shells in which we reside matter not (though we can certainly make this shells feel REALLY good!) if our hearts and spirits do not coincide. When I am convinced I am awkward or unsexy...I exude this. I feel beautiful, amazing, and open...therefore I am beautiful, amazing, and open! |
