It's been a administrative and relaxing day for me. The former is necessary because I was getting a bit behind on emails (sorry to anyone who is yet waiting) and the like. The latter is so very necessary for me to be at my best...though there are times (even during this day of rest) when I'm not so good at slowing down.
One of very favorite feelings is that "just started a new workout" type of soreness. Ohhhhh....I'd forgotten about THAT muscle...and oooooo that one needs a bit more work. One of the many reasons for this current soreness is that I'm exploring a number of yoga classes. I used to meditate and stretch 6 days a week...but this has not been the case in recent years. I am pleased to note though, that I am still wonderfully flexible and simply need to hone my skills again. I've never been able to do the splits though...gotta work on that! I wonder just how in the world to put my flexibility to good use. |
